PawPular friends adoptables: rules and policy
We believe all cats deserve a loving human family!
We work hard to ensure that all of our Cat Adoptions are with permanent and loving homes. We are waiting to assist you in choosing the right companion for your family. We would like to meet with you and your family to insure the cat you are interested in is the best fit for your household.
Each cat will be:
- Up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations
- Spayed or Neutered
- Microchipped
- Routinely Dewormed
- Loved by us until a permanent home is found
Adoption Requirements:
- Adopters must be at least 18 years of age
- Provide us with a Drivers license or State I.D. Card
- Verification that your housing allows cats
- Complete an adoption application and be approved to adopt
- Meet with an adoption counselor prior
All our 'adoptables' should be INDOOR only pets!
Adoption Fees:
PawPular Friends has many adoption specials that can change monthly. Typical adoption fees range from $50-$125 depending on age, breed and other traits.

- Fees may be adjusted due to an animal’s individual circumstances and needs.
Relinquishments/Surrenders:
If you can no longer take care of your pet or have found a stray, please call us to discuss your surrender or re-homing situation and to find out if we can help you! If we cannot help you, we will recommend other rescues or shelters in the area for you to contact.
When relinquishing a pet to PawPular Friends, please understand that our incoming paperwork is a legally binding contract. By relinquishing your pet to our care, you are no longer responsible for said animal and PawPular Friends assumes all responsibility.
We will give you the courtesy of 48 hours to reclaim your pet should chose to do so. We do take owner surrenders, however, Pawpular Friends returns always gets top priority when determining who we can take in and when.
Please keep in mind, returning, surrendering or re-homing your pet, should always be a last resort.
